1. Object
These general conditions of sale govern the sales of physical and digital books (ebooks) offered on the site https://www.theblueeconomy.org by Blue Educations , hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
2. Products offered
• Physical books: printed works sent by post.
• Digital books (ebooks): dematerialized files in PDF, EPUB, Mobi or other format, downloadable after payment.

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTCs. The order process includes:
• Product selection
• Basket validation
• Information of the contact details
• Secure online payment
• Order confirmation by email
4. Price
The prices are indicated in euros including tax. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via a secure module (bank card, stripe, paypal, etc.). The order is considered valid after validation of payment.
6. Delivery
a) Physical books:
• Delivery time: between 3 and 10 working days depending on the destination.
• Delivery costs: indicated during the ordering.
• Delivery address: that indicated by the customer. The seller cannot be held responsible for an error in entering the address.
b) Digital books:
• Immediate delivery by download link after payment. A confirmation email with download link is also sent.
7. Right of withdrawal
a) Physical books:
In accordance with the legislation in force (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. The reimbursement will take place upon receipt of the product returned in perfect condition.
b) Digital books:
No right of withdrawal is possible once the download has been carried out , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (digital content provided on intangible support, the execution of which has started with the prior consumer agreement).
8. Intellectual property
Books, whether physical or digital, are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, dissemination or sharing without authorization is prohibited.

The seller cannot be held responsible for the non -performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of the Internet network or error of the buyer in the order process (address, email, etc.).
10. Personal data
The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy . The customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to his data.
11. Dials
These GTCs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the headquarters of the headquarters of Blue Educations, unless otherwise provided.
