L’Économie du bonheur
L’Économie du bonheur
Gunter Pauli (1956) is an entrepreneur, educator and author. He is a pioneer of innovation and creates new (revolutionary) business models. Gunter has accompanied more than 200 projects over the past 25 years, converting ideas based on sound science into a vision implemented through entrepreneurship.
These initiatives have evolved into three unicorns and dozens of demonstrations on how to transform society. Gunter adheres to a philosophy that is summarized in his book “The Blue Economy” (2010), which has been translated into nearly 50 different languages.
It proposes to avoid the division of opinions that are centered on a “for or against”. Instead, he is constantly focused on finding better solutions, much better indeed! It embraces radical change, moving from this obsession with ever higher levels of efficiency, globalization and ever lower prices, to resilience and the ability to better meet everyone’s basic needs, generating value with what is locally available. He spends half his time inspiring children with fables that empower them to create a “Super World” that their parents could never have imagined. His latest book “The Economics of Happiness” is based on the implementation of innovative companies, and outlines the fundamental principles.
