The books and products presented in the shop are sold by Blue Education. The cart is handled by Shopify, and the order is completed on the Shopify checkout of the Blue Education shop, where delivery and payment details are entered.

The applicable terms of sale are those published by the shop: terms of service (https://blue-education.org/policies/terms-of-service), refund policy (https://blue-education.org/policies/refund-policy) and seller contact details (https://blue-education.org/policies/contact-information), where the seller appears under the trade name Les Fables de Gunter, SIRET 909 787 236 00019, VAT FR67909787236. These pages are in French. They provide in particular:

• returns: 30 days after receipt to request a return, by prior request to contact@guntersfables.org, with the item in the condition in which it was received, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase
• withdrawal in the European Union: 14 days to cancel or return an order shipped within the European Union, without giving any reason
• non-returnable items: perishable, custom-made or personalised, personal care and hazardous products, sale items and gift cards
